Does your partner use your Z ?

Better half will only not drive it (never has), but will not ride in it.
Hey....suits me fine.

I'd happily let my boyfriend drive it. He's Bavarian and driven on autobahns with some nice cars large part of his adult life so would trust him. Also being a girl I like being driven around occasionally.

A friend let her boyfriend drive her e46 m3 and he wrote it off. She promptly wrote off his rs6. An expensive month for them. They got married shortly afterwards! :D

We sold her Corsa recently & we've been shuffling between my Quattro & the Zed.. today the Zed's parked behind her gates & the last thing she said after she'd filled the fuel tank was it doesn't need to move until Monday when she goes to work - if the sun comes out tomorrow, I don't think so Twinkle :driving:

On occasion if its on the drive and the suns out, she knows not to do anything untoward, parks away from kerbs and finds a safe spot in car parks, so she tells me :)

Insured on it as a premium reduction tactic, knows about it, but won't drive it. I think that's called a "Win-Win" situation :D
+1 :D

Yes, funny this... declaring a partner reduced mine as well last month... AND Class 1 Business Use reduced it still further ... WTF????

It's their system, not for me to question why...

I think he drove it more than me the first week I got it! N loves driving it but he's a good driver so I dnt mind and taking it to his mums tomorrow! Hmmm maybe he loves it too much :o I've driven his Maserati once but tht was only to sit in the driver seat so he could check for a noise from behind hmmm double standards me thinks :?

Mrs Left uses mine now as her daily drive.

I have to say though she is not a typical "lady" driver and mixes it with the best of them, so I am happy with it!

Yes, she does use my Z - but not my Z4! I kept the Z3 when I originally bought my Z4, and, when not driving our Wrangler Jeep, my other half drives it. She has not yet driven the Z4 and, luckily, doesn't seem to want to, as she says it feel a lot bigger than the Z3.
Scorp.

Same reason why both my parents are additional drivers on my insurance. My dad took it for a spin once but he let me take his 335d coupe for a spin in return. My mum is too scared to drive it end of.

2. No idea where the front ends

Neither do I. But this has never stopped me :driving:
I might be seen to cautiously park get out have a look and repark on a regular basis. But its better than other "reminders" that I have pulled too far in :o

Same for me, what's the problem?

Put her on the insurance as it was a no cost option but she has never driven it. Says it's 'cos she hasn't driven an auto box before but she never drove any of my kit cars or my Z3 and they were all manuals.

I occasionally offer her the keys and ask her to drive it but she declines and says maybe some other time.
