Does the M have a washer fluid warning light

Mine is an April 2006 manufacture, registered by BMW on the 1 June 2006 and it does not have a washer fluid low warning light. It bugs me a bit as I have found myself on a motorway, pulling the lever only to get a buzz and nothing happening, while my windscreen has been covered by bugs or muck

Sept 06, do not have it. So Nov 06 onwards by the sounds of it.

You can see the month and year your car was built if you enter the last 7 digits of your VIN in http://realoem.com It tells me that my car was manufactured in October 2006 so i guess it's from that month onwards.
