When I was in school there was a kid who got meal vouchers.

I used to buy them off him for something like £1 so he could go offsite with his friends for lunch and it would buy more than £1 in the school canteen.

Win win!

At my school, lunch tickets were sold from a blue roll, with individual tickets being dropped into a bucket by the dinner lady as you got your meal. - We noticed that these used tickets were being thrown away every day in the bins outside, so we used to climb in to get them to sell back to younger kids for their dinner money at a discount price! We were quids in!! :evil: :rofl:
