Does the 23i come with the new paddles?

All the ones I've seen here in Japan are up/down on both paddles than rather than one on each side.

The 20i seems to have the proper paddles while the 35i seems to have the up/down paddles on the early year ones, and only the proper paddles on later models.

I would imagine that the 23i would have the older paddles as it is an older model than the 20i
