Does it draw attention?

The Alpina gets lots of comments - and someone even wanted to buy her at Duxford - but that's probably because, being bright red, she does tend to stand out in a sea of black/white/silver cars....

This is the reason I changed my order from Black to Melbourne Red - So glad I did :D.

All my neighbours talk to me about the car - have previously had invisible cars that nobody is interested in :).

Even some neighbours who I didn't think were petrolheads in anyway ask about 0-60 times, engine size etc.

Don't tend to get many comments in Petrol stations as I usually fill up at 6:00 am on way to gym and it's usually pretty quiet :)
 
+1 Attention..... is usually very positive! Wouldn't have got so much attention had it been a Cayman / Boxster.... :P

Now to the matter of 'Car Washes'.... :poke: its official of you wash your car yourself using the two bucket method it will attract even more attention! :thumbsup:
 
mine really does.... its looks alittle different than the usual z4 and it always gets someone wondering over or taking a phone pic, if I'm honest i don't like the attention it brings, i prefer to keep my head down and slide unoticed now days.

Ha ha I like that :thumbsup: my mum won't get in mine either!!

Mine gets a bit of attention. Mine looks a bit well modded. So it tends to be the younger crowed. We have a red TT with lots of bells and whistles looks cool!! And the other day some kids where stood at the end of our drive discussing witch car they would have!! They both picked the zed :thumbsup:

Got to admit Ive had lots of compliments this year which makes me proud to own my Zed and I like them to see her looking at her best which is not difficult when she only goes out on dry days and a bit of sunshine is a bonus. As for waves and nods from other Zed owners very few and far between. Were as when out on the bike 8 out of 10 will give wave or a nod. cheers Baz :)

I'll still stay around mate! but it wont be a z4mc unfortunately, she wants a audi a1, i'd love to keep the zed but i can't justify keeping it aswell as my M3 that i never use, im dreading the day it goes :cry:
