... how to remove/replace the side indicator on the E89? My car is out of warranty by a few months and the passenger side indicator has a small build up of water/condensation which has turned green (nice!). I'm not sure how this is removed and whether I can try to take off, clean, re-seal and put back or whether I need to buy a new unit (and I'd still need to know how to get the old one off/put the new one on anyway. I suspect it prizes off from the exterior of the wing as I can't see any access would be possible from inside the wing.

Anyone done this before?

Picked up the new indicator from BMW today, £23. Removal and re-fit of new unit was a doddle.
