Does anyone know what BMW Warranty "DEFECT CODE 5191419800" stands for?

I obtained the Repair History for my car the Dealer apparently is not supposed to release. (Says "CONFIDENTIAL" and not to be released, etc.)

Interestingly, with just 2 miles on the odometer, it shows this repair entry as the very first entry.

It states defect code #5191419800

Center ID: 96311

Location ID: 01

Anyone know how to decipher this Code?
