Does anyone 'know' this car or the owner? 11.5k Z4M

I have had a quick look through recent posts and can't see it has been discussed. I am quite tempted by it, I like the spec and it looks fine in the pics.

I don't suppose it is known on the forum? Owner based in North Devon

cracking car! yeah the service is due soonish, but it looks spotless!!
i'd def enquire about that one

Haven't seen or heard of that one, not recently anyway.

Shame you couldn't have kept the Sepang beast that you had.

That seems almost too cheap. Still, if it comes up HPI clear and a clean bill of health from an inspection, it's a bargain!

Does look very nice, the seats look brilliant for nearly 60,000 miles! By the looks of it someone is going to get a real bargain there.

It has been on sale for quite a while - it was up at £12,990 (and 56k miles) on 22nd March, and seems to have been slowly coming down in price ever since. I wonder whether the fairly aggressive "I will accept no offers" might have put some people off?

The colour of the seats stopped me from even considering it.

Under closer inspection of the pictures it seems that one grill is lighter than the other, the left hand one being silver and the other black. May be a simple explanation but possibly enough to make you worry of something more serious? Just seems odd to me

Looks a good price and a great car

But check things thoroughly - he states top spec but no nav, and he states wheels are immaculate and on the photo you can see paint flaking/corrosion.

Not trying to talk it down at all, just check and double check everything. "trust no one and nothing"

Seats have surely been re-trimmed, or they are old photos? :? If not, they are extremely well kept (or the owner is a fairy).

Other than that, I would be tempted

There looks to be a screw cover missing on the drivers side interior as well.

Good spot

interior might just look good from the recent valet? it's quite easy to make leather seats temporarily look much better than they are using leather treatments. although if it's been owned by skinny folk who get into the car carefully then the bolsters don't get scuffed as much. likewise the paintwork, silver grey will hide the scratches, especially if it's just been treated with products. i guess the car is looking its best for sale, which is no bad thing. a new hood (if bmw supplied) would be a big plus for me if looking at a roadster. i thought the front grills were just odd due to shadow effect on the pics, he does state it's taken with a phone. easy one to clarify though.

i think location and desire to sell are both influencing the price. i bought a z3mr from cornwall and factored that into my negotiation. it's certainly worth a look at that price.

Worth a look at that price, as mentioned previously it's been offered for sale on and off for a while now, a steal at that price if it all checks out
