Does a 2004 (54) 2.2 Z4 have a sound generator?

I am interested in doing the sound mod to my 2004 (54) 2.2 Z4. I had a quick look under the bonnet today and couldn't see anything that resembled the pipe mentioned on different threads on here.

Does my car have the pipe so I can remove some foam and make my car sound like the devil farting?

Thanks for the replie - how would I go about finding out what is needed to add the sound generator to my Z4, and how much will it cost me?

Thanks for the links to the tutorial - can this be done on a 2.2 Z4? Or is it just the 3.0 Z4's that have those parts mentioned?

the parts are only installed "as standard" on the 3.0 model I believe.
However, I also believe they can be added to any Zed... but I won't say for definate, as I've only gained my info by reading different threads, not through experience.

They are fitted as standard on a 3.0, they can be bought and retro fitted on any of the 6 pot lumps.
