Docks to dealers

Just musing really but the sales guy I'm dealing with on the 35 is off at the mo so just wondering if anyone has any idea how long the import process is so they can then get the cars up from the docks. I'm kinda wandering around with a vision of a new black 35 sitting in an open yard covered from roof to bumper in some of the South coasts finest seagull dump. :headbang:

Pretty quick turnaround I think - standing on the docks is wasted time and MONEY... :lol:
 
My 35is arrived at hull then onto Thorne distribution centre. About a week from arrival at hull till it hits dealer. :thumbsup:

Actually has anyone been to Porto Banus in Spain? Saw a fezza 355 on the front in the same state as Jonny's Clio, however when you see the size of his yacht you kind of think he views the fezz in the same light as the Clio. How the other half live... 8)

No mate, I might depend where you stay ! Iam in Scotland & they might wait till they fill a transporter. It was at the dealer for 3/4 days getting prepped before I picked it up. :thumbsup:

Many thanks Kermit, you're bang on time wise, it's at the dealers and being prepped for Monday. Apparently they sent a one car transporter down to the docks for it, mus'nt have been any cars being delivered close enough Notts I guess, that and they want it gone by months end. Cheers mate. :thumbsup:
 
All the main panels are covered in a protective layer anyway so hopefully you won't have any issues :)

Ah right I did'nt know that, excellent, should've thought of that really or they'd get so many problems with all the cars would'nt they. Durh.... :oops:
