Do your kids love your Z4?

Well my kids do, but having recently passed their tests I think their aspirations lie in actually driving the real thing [emoji15]

They do,but not enough to get up on a very early Sunday morning hoon :)

Mine does, but he now has a Time or Distance Rule - needs to be a decent road trip over at least a whole day, more preferable 3 or 4, and unless it's someplace interesting/new, needs to involve dramatic scenery and very fast roads :driving:

My 'kids' are old enough to enjoy their own cars

Son #1 is 38 :o and is added to my Z4 insurance :) [and me on his]

Son #2 is 34 - and is not on my insurance, primarily because he has managed to right off some of his cars, and more importantly some of mine!
[but he works for BMW-MINI so I've driven some of his :driving: ]

Cool! I've not got kids but my nephew who is 9 thinks my Z4 is like the best thing ever!!

Bless him... He would love a zed of his own!

My grand-kids love my Zed

Luckily I can only transport one at a time - ignoring the boot

My 2 think we were both mad when we bought ours, especially the colour. Daughter had the chance to drive it as she was on the complimentary insurance for the first 7 days but she turned up her nose at it. Son at only 18 and no licence obviously couldn't. However when we had one to test drive over a weekend through hubbys work he did have a little drive around work car park, it was an automatic so quite simple. I think my husband did it more for himself - sons first drive was in a Z4 type of thing, boy bonding!!

So sadly (or not) our zed is ours as neither of them like it!

My son was 10 when he started joining me on the Z4 meets across the UK, and later in Europe. He obviously loved the German trips best without speed limits.

Never drove my Z, but he has shared the Porsche Experience day in a Porsche provided 911-50th with me which was his best driving day ever.

my son loved my old car, he did all the shows with me. then i told him i was selling it and wanted a Mini. he was over the moon as its his favorite car (classic Mini) we spent weekend after weekend looking at them and none of them were the one i wanted, so looked at the new BMW Mini. we pulled into a garage to look at a John Cooper Works, and parked next to it was the Z4. i went straight over to the Z4 and started looking round it, my son said stop looking at that car your way too old for one of them  im only 36. i ended up taking both cars out on test drive and by the end of them my son said dad you have to buy a Z4 its awesome. the rest is history

Don't have kids and the dog doesn't like going in my Zed particularly so as he's the closest I've got I'd say no :)

don't have any of my own yet but my soon to be mother in law asked where my fiance's nephew was going to fit in with it only having two seats. in his mothers car wasn't an appreciated answer... he's only two and calls me daddy matt :? but he loves the Z and has a small scale model

That's Ace. Added to watch list. I'll keep it and drive it around the old peoples home, in a few years. 8)  :D

Funny that, when I got the Z'd my Dad expressed his disappointment that I wouldn't be getting up in the middle of the night and traveling to theirs to pick them up for trips to the airport and also that I wouldn't be taking my nephews out at the same time in the car, which isn't something I've ever done.

I've asvised that next time I'll consult the family on my car choice as clearly it's their car and I just pay for it and drive it by myself 99% of the time.

My nephews have a quad, a mini and a Ferrari which they love.
