Do you let your partner drive your Z?

my GF is the type that absolutely doesn't give a flying shite about ANYONEs car, let alone my pride and joy, she's the type that would will bump your car in the supermarket and not think twice about it, if i had a GF that gave a s**t i genuinely would let her drive it, but you have to read your personal situation, personally i don't even like my current GF going near the thing, she's heavy handed and genuinely doesn't 'get" the car hobby thing, lovely woman but doesn't share my hobby in the slightest.

Hmmm. Not sure about letting just anyone drive mine... Though Mrs B would be welcome to if she could. I'd even have to think twice about letting my brother drive it - he's rolled his fair share of Fiestas etc....

I had to let some weirdo drive mine recently. Not got over that experience yet

The worst driver it has had is my brother-in-law. It did, for a minute, make me question the notion of letting other people drive it. He was not what you might call 'respectful'... he basically drove it like he'd stolen it.

Strangely though, he's too precious to let me drive his diesel Saab 9-3.

Apart from that, everyone else has been reasonable about driving it.

The daft bugger is thrashing it everywhere too

@Dan - must be a brother thing... Mine had right laughter at me when I got my last Z - for years I'd sneered at him modifying cars, and then off I merrily went down the same path, minus huge exhausts and up rated turbos

I did let him drive my 3.0 and he didn't kill me (or it), I'm just not sure I want to let anyone else drive this one.

Just think Bing, only my bum has been touching that seat where you are sitting on now

I never bothered "feeding" the leather, just every other month went "commando"

Mrs Badger doesn't like driving mine - bonnets to long and she can't see the end of the car - suits me ! :P

That's probably only 'cause it's new. You been out enjoying it this weekend?

"Do you let your partner drive your Z?"....no one drives both my cars cars only me, but then again there's no one else in my household anyway :D

My wife flatly refuses to drive mine, despite me trying to get her to have a go - she has 30 years with no accidents or points. she knows it's my P&J and is scared stiff of damaging it.

I kinda had to no choice that was one of the conditions of me getting it, it did have its plus side tho, putting my wife on the insurance actually made it cheaper a month.

My fiancé hasn't driven my Z, I'd probably let her if she wanted or asked to. But it's her parking that worrys me, she's a pro a kurbing wheels and scuffing bumpers.
