Do you ever.....

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t walk into the lounge so I could have a quick peek through the window every now and then. There really is something special about these cars.

I’m balls deep in renovation work at a flat I’ve just purchased, the zed will be about a meter from my bedroom window... can’t wait

I’d have to say no I guess.

Which is why mine has CSL’s, aero skirts and has been lowered. Oh and Euro style tips (not in this photo)

Looks better now

Sometimes yes, then I look at the Porsche.... :fuelfire:

Show off!!! :D

Yep. Still, only two or three cars in the whole world that I would like to have and the Zed was always a box I wanted to tick. Cayman 981, 911 and the F-type are the only ones that really do it for me. Everyone to their own and all that.

H.

Yes! The only thing better than looking at it, is driving it. Best of both worlds in a street where the shops have big windows! :)

Yes, I often think that - particularly with the Coupe! :)

I suppose I can see the appeal of more cylinders, but if that's what you want you might as well go straight for 10!

Please tell me you got a 911 930, id accept 993 :D
Like bmws Z4M, they were the last of the REAL drivers cars.
A newer Porsche is like comparing precision engineering to a hammer :D

It is a great looking car, particularly the coupe. The coupe looks is why I went for one over the roadster, which I also like.

I agree csl wheels and lowering improves the aesthetics but I struggle to see the improvement the aero skirts make. Maybe seeing them in the flesh would help?!

You’ve never seen aero skirts in the flesh :o

No. I'm organising a run on 23rd September so hopefully someone will have them on that.

Yeah I'm another lover of the aero skirts, Z looks unfinished without them imo.

As I said, everyone to their own. I would love a 930.

981 Cayman is a wonderful car to drive and listen to. Goes round corners like nothing I have ever been in. Still a fairly comfortable car on a long run too, so I am struggling to fault it.
