Do M3 Competition Wheels fit teh ZM?

I have friend selling a car the beautiful "mesh" rims that came with the M3 competition cars. Is this a direct bolt on for the Z4M?

The E92 M3 Competion wheels are the style 359 ones, they're 9/19 ET:31 front (part # 36112284055) and 10/19 ET:25 rear (part # 36112284060). I have no idea if these offsets will work on our Z4's though.

Ari, there is another member on the forums which has replicas of these wheels on his 3.0si Coupe made by Linea Corse and he's managed to make them fit, albeit with some rubbing on the front. http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=26740

If it's the e46 m3 then yes if its the e92 then I think no but I'm not 100% sure on that.

thats correct offsets for the e92 competition rims, now on the z4m you NEED front 32-35 offset for that FLUSH look with no rubbing, this works perfectly with an 8.5" front rims, the competition is a +31 and 9" wide, this will rub hugely.......

The rear on the z4m can take a 10" rim but we need a higer offset slightly, on a 19" rim with 9.5" width +25 will give a lovely flush wheel and no rubbing at all, tyre choice is important to.

ok so the ideal 19" specs for a z4m are +32 to +35 8.5 x19 and for the rear we really want to see 19x9.5 +25 to +27, within these specs, you'll have a lovely flush looking wheel with no rubbing and giving you that lovely full arch look. :-)
Csls rims look great but the front offset is incorrect for the z4m, they are actually retracted compared to the stock rim which has an ofset of +42, the csl front has an offset of +44, a front CSL with a 10-12mm spacer is perfect, the rear is however bang on :-)

in a nut shell the e92 rims will not work on the z4m..... to get them to work will require arch modification.

Thanks for the responses. Should have clarified.

Thes are E46 M3 competition wheels.

I understand offset very well and am comfortable with spacers and fender rolling. I don't want to re-shape the fenders however.

E46 rims will be fine, use a spacer up front to correct the offset issue. Job done.
