Do I need to reset?

Hi all,

When I put the roof down the windows fall around 3 inches (Normal I think!) should they then completely close on raising the roof or do I have to close them manually the last couple of inches.
Due to only having the car a couple of months and the weather being a wee bit s**t up here I've not had really any opportunity to get the roof down and can't remember when buying the car If this happened.
I have a gaptech kit still to fit but wanted to get this issue seen to first.
How do I reset them if need be?

Seems like you need a reset mate.

I think it's ignition on, hold down button and continue to hold when down for 5-10 seconds, then hold all the way up.
 
On mine once the roof is raised I have to keep the button held for the windows to go up.
