Do i get a M bonet?

Whats the difference between the M and non-M trunk?

Nothing. The hood - bonnet over here :D - of the M is not smoothly curved, it has two raised creases down the centre.

 ..... if you people would just speak English.... :P

I never noticed there was a difference in the HOODS... guess I'll have to pay more attention...

Now that it has been pointed out to me, I can clearly see it in pictures of M's. Don't know how I missed the difference for so long...

To the OP, why not consider one of the aftermarket vented hoods (just a thought)?

That whole "max power' scene of vented hoods and awful aftermarket body kits died out long ago so doing so would just invite a lot of stick.

In a word NO!
You have created a unique looking vehicle, put the M bonnet on it and it will take no time at all till you want an M front bumper so it all looks right and then what do you have, but a M lookalike.
Sometimes less is more.
No offence but you have a Quad and a M front i only have a quad so what would be the difference fella?

Think what Richard is trying to point out is that as you keep saying, you want your car to be unique. The more ///M parts you add, the less unique it will become.
Exactly my point,

I never wanted to create to a M lookalike, but the opportunity to get the front bumper for £50 came up and I jumped on it.
As for the quad exhaust, it was for symmetry with the Pre-facelift clear quad spot lights, something I was keen not to lose and had the rear M bumper modified to accept the lights rather than fit what I consider the inferior looking facelift rears.
I have never wanted nor do I want an M bonnet, because as I said it could take what is potentially a unique and individual car look like (for want a better expression) a generic Z4M.

Ive deciced AGAINST the M bonet, a M front and i have a "un-unique" Zed
And the 1k i can spend on other things instead

That was unfortunately the same decision I came to.. maybe in the future the price will come down..

I actually think the M bonnet looks better on the coupe then the roady... matches the roof lines better.

There is a guy here (think he user name is t3hpoor - or something like that!) who has an M bonnet on his coupe (also have stripes) but looks stunning.

You could always go for a custom bonnet?

As a custom bonnet, this is more like it (from the old 'Us and our Zed's - Image Thread')

And, strangely enough, I actually like the retrimmed seats...

Quite right! I just think that the snakeskin works with the light leather, don't think I'd have it in my car but I do quite like the look

Careful Jonny this could be you if the Chinese take over:

Looks like the Chinese like blinging up their Zed's judging by others on there...
