Indy has a rear sensor on order for me. He's identified the one thats gone. Is fitting it possible without removing the bumper? I.e. is this something I can do at home?

Hi,
I'm pretty sure in saying that it's a bumper off job (Even if you could reach it from underneath the car, you wouldn't be able to see what your doing) - Either way bumper off isn't a big job, and I'm sure someone local to you would help out in exchange for a cup of tea and a chocolate hob nob (That's the going rate for such work.......In MK it is anyway

Oh the joys of owning an ///M Ruby, anything is going to be more expensive than a normal run of the mill car, but you get a lot more smiles when it's all running perfect

It's not really all ///M expenses. She's generally doing fine. Just other life stuff - back garden fence fell down in the wind and it's costing me £800 to get a new one. Was hoping to cut any other costs I can. Thing is I'm too busy to get the chance to drive the ///M so there's not too many smiles right now. After 2 years it may be time to sell up.

I live too far away Ruby as I would have given you a quote to do the fence, bet I could have done it a lot cheaper I do property maintenance, just done the owners house of the lettings company I work for and his was a lot of fencing for less than your quote, hope you get it all sorted soon, and you need some time to yourself to enjoy that special car
