Ditching run flat tyres

So I have a 2010 35is current set up is 225/35/19 and 255/30/19 looking at the Goodyear Eagle Asymmetric 5, keeping the set up the same. Just wondering if anyone has experience of the Goodyear’s and as they are not BMW approved tyres will I have any issues getting them fitted?

I have the same car as you but bought some different wheels last year. Mr Wilks spotted them on EBay. They have 225/40/19s on the front 255/35/19s on the rear. The slightly increased profile helps with comfort. I have just ordered some Michelin’s to replace the Pirelli Zero runflats currently on the wheels. I had Goodyear Eagles on my E85 and found them to be good. Until the end of July Michelin are offering £100 cash back if you buy four of their tyres so I got mine for £550 including the cash back which makes them about the same price as the Goodyear’s.

I have 18" wheels and I ditched the runflats when I got the car a couple of months ago for some Goodyear Eagles F1 Asymetric 3s and they are great tyres. I kept the same tyres sizes as per original and had no issues getting them fitted.
