I had to look twice but 'disregard' is my guess. Though a few of us haven't

Just curious, what are we supposed to disregard? The instruction to disregard? If we should disregard the instruction to disregard, should we therefore not disregard? Which will inevitably lead us back to the instruction to disregard, that we are no longer disregarding...
