DISA Valve Wanted (perhaps)

The Intake Air Adjustment Unit/DISA Valve on my wifes e46 320i touring is buzzing and the mixture seems off to the extent the engine warning light keeps illuminating

I'm suspecting the DISA is on the way out but before repairing by fitting this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221511500118?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT or buying a replacement does anyone have a known good valve I could borrow to see if the problems dissapear

Just replaced one on a Z4 3.0i as it was noisy with an alloy upgraded one off ebay for about £65, that's the way to go, it'll never fail.
