DISA valve query

Not to sure if I need to replace this disa valve as I can't find the rubber for the bit around the flap I have a rebuild kit coming and surely it only needs to be sealed around the o ring witch I will replace what do you guys think? Just worried about how perished the rubber around the the flap is!!

I wouldn’t put that back in my car with the rubber flapping about. I don’t think the repair kit is going to fix that, you’d be better off with a new one.
