I recommend disa repair kit instead of new disa.

There can also be an vacuum leak, which disa repair kit does not repair. I was going to buy repair kit, but read gas install instructions and found out my disa vacuum pot is leaking, so I had to buy new one.

Yep 100% agree. Why pay for a repair kit when you can have a new one and piece of mind for under £200.

Yep there is 2 ways to do it, my z4 disa was about ok.. no leaks etc, flap little loose.
I bought that repair set from usa because it is 50% price of new disa price from Germany.
If disa is broken and making vacuum leak that is quite obviuous you have to replace whole disa valve.

I just check new disa price, it is about 152£ + delivery direct from Germany.. if someone wants to but new valve for good price.
