You guyZ are f-ing hilarious! Thanks to Rabman5, Timscuba, and 20Ducks for meeting up with me along my journey! It was incredible to get to meet y'all - what an awesome experience! And thanks for the great pics! I'm currently working on a "story" that I'll post as soon as it is finished entitled " 'Cross the Country ". I'll post some other pics along with it too. Y'all are gonna love the photo's of me dancing in a bon-fire at my brother's house and hiking in the mountains of Boulder, Co. And, of course, I'll share the lastest photo's of Steve and I on his farm in Missouri for y'all to banter.

Good to be back. Had to have dinner at Margaritaville on the strip last night for my first dinner in Vegas. What a great time!

On occasion I would left hand salute the Doctors we had assigned to my unit. Great fun. They were oblivious to most of our outrageous behavior. Must have been the local herb?

Oh we did that with the regular officers, MD's and surgeons were out of our league as far as knowing their jobs. Besides, I made too much money off of them with ummm certain procurements. hehe. 8)

OMG it's so gorgeous out here!!!! The mountains, the straight flat roads, there's even a vinyard across the street from the house I just put an offer on!!!! I'm so geeked to be here!

Ahh, yea, something like that. I'm not sure which way is North around here yet. I saw a sign for I-15 South to Los Angeles today. I didn't know that L.A. was south of here??? I need a map! And I haven't found the lake yet!!! The only thing I was able to find was Margaritaville. Next stop - Hooters!! :hooters:

Well on that note, Hooters run? I'll show you the lake, but first, which lake? There is lake las vegas, lake mead, uhm some other less noteworthy lakes.....
Unfortunatly i'm busy this weekend. Working at Margaritaville sat and sunday in the retail section, they might let me out early, but i'm hoping they won't.

A real nice scenic run to do is swing around Lake Las vegas, come out, hit lake mead, go back way to Valley of Fire, then swing back on I-15. Nice big long drive that is. Mt Charleston Lee Canyon road (take 95 north, look for the mountain/skiing signs) is another nice one to drive. Red Rock canyon scenic drive is very nice as well.
Sadly though, the desert gets old quick! So you take trips out to Big Bear then

I gotta find a house first, then I'll get the car off the trailer and clean her up and take her out and after my household goods get delivered I'll take the boat out to Mead.
