Dink removal recommendation required in Bucks UK

Parked my car in M&S Amersham today and came back to a dink in the front right quarter. Even a finger mark where someone had obviously had a look at afterwards. How annoying.

Can anyone recommend a dink removal guy/firm in the Buckinghamshire area?

So annoyed, only had the car a couple of months and always park carefully, leaving good space.

Sounds like a good finger print lab would be a better bet! I can't help with your request, but my parents live in Buckinghamshire so wave at any Z4MCs you see just in case it's me!

Ha! Yes that would be good!

I actually did check the store if there was cctv but there was not. I thought, why should I have to outlay for someone else's carelessness? But alas.. sh*t happens.

I will be sure to give you a wave.

Would love to see the M difference if you fancy a cruise

I ended up finding a local guy for paintless dent removal (PDR). Dentbusters, guy named Darren 07795 285141.

Removed ding completely for £60. Took about 20 mins. Professional, on-time, great job.

Very interesting process, he used a panel of straight black/white zebra stripes to reflect onto the damaged area, the dent deforms the reflection of the straight lines and show how it needs to be straightened. Using a range of long lever bars he pushed/tapped out the dent from behind.

Dent was in the drivers side wheel arch panel, so he went up behind the splash guard in the wheel arch to get at it.

FFS! and since this has happen have now had third door dink in my car. Owned for just 3 mths.

I guess the car is easily susceptible to these with no side bumper strips at all...

Part of Z4 ownership or just unlucky....?

*I* always take care to park carefully... lots of space. Shame about the muppets out there who don't think twice when opening their door.
 
They seem to attract them.

I've had more on my Z4 than any other car!

Look for chipsaway or a local dent company. Should be able to sort these.

I used Stuart at Axy-dent before who was very reasonable and did a great job.

My last lot were removed when the car was in for detailing. 5 dinks taken out I believe!! :thumbsdown:
 
Just had one taken out of my roof by Dass at Dentbustas. A great job with the dent completely gone when looking at every angle in any light :thumbsup:

Thanks all. Glad it isn't just me. Although wish it was none of us. Was getting me rather bumped out after giving the Zed a good wash and polish this weekend.

Wyldie85, who do you use for car detailing out of interest? I am often around Surrey as well as Bucks.
