Diffuser Question.

Never heard of it being done. The exhaust is very different.

I was wondering if I could fit a quad exhaust to replace the double pipe? Would make the back end more interesting and if the diffuser was the same rear width as the M then the cut outs would be there, just wondered if it was possible?

A good exhaust place will be able to trim your diffuser for not much less than buying a diffuser. Alot of people have done it

My 23i came with the standard tail end and i experimented with M end.
Both cases i cut away the right side for a twin exhaust look.
Made a bracket and welded two tubes and a set of after market tail pies.
As you say it looks more balanced.
Now driving with the original rear end as the M end to me looks like there is some trim missing.

Yes that's the look I would like! It does balance the rear end up :) Now all I gotta do is get myself a Zed, still shopping at the moment but I have my eye on one, its only a 2Ltr turbo that's also going to need a bit of chipping.
