Different size non-BMW wheels

Hi Z4 pros.

I have got to a point where I need to replace my current wheels, or buy a new set of rubber for them - style 200. I am very keen to move up to 18" wheels and I had my eye on a set of staggered alloys on eBay in the UK, but it is proving nigh on impossible to get them to NZ. As such I have now focused my attention on what is available in NZ and in the process, discovered that if I want black wheels, I am spoilt for choice. Unfortunately I am not and this means I have a more limited range to choose from.

I have settled on these but am not sure they will fit https://www.carid.com/stance-wheels/sf03-678f2105br15mspb-g-1414879920.html
Looking at 8.5, 18" ET35 running 235 40 for the front and 9.5, 18" ET35 running 255 35 for the back. Car is a 3.0 Si with standard suspension and no spacers. (In NZ, spacers are not overly viable as you need to put your car through compliance which adds another $600). I have put these through 'will they fit' with the following results;
Front - https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php?width=225&aspect=45&diameter=17&wheelwidth=8&offset=46&width2=235&aspect2=40&wheel_size=18&wheel_width=8-5&offset2=35
Back - https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php?width=225&aspect=45&diameter=17&wheelwidth=8&offset=46&width2=255&aspect2=35&wheel_size=18&wheel_width=9-5&offset2=35

It all looks OK to me but just wanted to run this by you all and see if any others have a similar setup and whether you have encountered any issues?

TIA all

Hey, ex-pt Kiwi here, so always keen to help out! Those should fit and should look quite nice too! With ET35 they should sit further out into the road than the standard wheels anyway, so no need for any spacers.

Keen to see the pics once they're fitted.

\With a 8.5 et 35 front a 235 40 18 tyre may give you some rubbing :? 225 40 18 a safer option
Rear 9.5 et 35 will fit fine but a 255 35 tyre could look a little stretched so id consider 265 35 or 255 40
