Different rims.. allowed?

Hello everyone!

I recently bought a Z4 sDrive23i (e89). However I saw that the rims are styling 220 (M3) which are not suited for the Z4. They fit well (also indicated by this calculator) but it is not allowed to use them according to the Certificate of Conformity (CoC).

The wheels that I have are:
Styling 220
1: 8.5Jx19 ET29
2: 9.5Jx19 ET23

But the only 19 inch wheels that are allowed in the CoC are:
1: 225/35 R19 88Y - 8Jx19 ET29
2: 255/30 R19 91Y - 9Jx19 ET40

So the Swiss (Strassenverkehrsamt) will not approve the car. It is an import and it needs to go through a technical inspection before it is allowed on the road. Is there any solution possible? And what would happen if I borrow legal wheels to go through the technical inspection and afterwards use my own wheels anyway? If something happens, could an insurance company decide not to pay?

Thank you in advance!!
