Different new addition to the family ...

Not a car this time (that was earlier in the week :D ), but a dog.

7 hours drive yesterday, the most horrendous narrow roads in Devon (the X5 takes the road width + a bit more :x ), traffic jam around StoneHenge but we got back in the end with a great female English Pointer.

Very good first impressions, very well behaved despite its very young age. Not too much crying on the first night, only two puddles so far as well. Very affectionate.

Touch wood, she has not chewed anything yet, she does her business on demand more or less as well in the garden now.

No moaning in the car either, just saw her head pop up now and then. Her first day was night and day different from my avatar's first day.

She was very calm when we arrived home, not bad after being in the car for 4 hours.

All your pictures are upside down!! I am getting a headache from doing handstands lol!!

Very jealous I have to wait until the end of June to get mine.

Thats not a traffic jam, thats gridlock down here!

haha, only joking. Looks like a lovely dog, hope you all have fun together!!!

Sodding Apple photos, looks fine on a PC, but somehow on iPhones it goes upside down

Previous make was a Labrador, so a change. Just like the Audi, also a change :D

Are you sure it's not an Australian pointer?

She is a very good looking dog, is that the correct breed ? can't say I've seen one before.
How old is she? All the very best with her.

Great PVR! Lovely colouring and sounds like she's a happy, calm lady so far...

Am just getting used to all this puppy lark myself and think so far...I've gotten off lightly!

I'm sure you're new addition is settling in well and loving her new home (especially her new garden).

Yes, it is indeed an English Pointer. The winds from yesterday excited her a lot outside with the leafs going everywhere. Seems to settle ok so far, trying to do as much as possible taking her everywhere.

i know how much a new dog means to the family. Looks great. Hope everything continues to be good.

Laying in front of the fire at the moment, all good.

Evenings are the best, as we will have worn her out a bit during the day (or perhaps the other way around  )
