Hi folks. Both of my prefacelift xenon dips always had a slight blue tinge (assuming 6k upwards), but anyways, driver headlight kept filling with heavy condensation, despite a few reseal attempts, until the xenon blew. Changed the bulb, but no joy, so bought a new ballast and ignitor, and turns out, was just the ballast.
New bulb was alot whiter than passenger dip, so refitted the original bulb, which had the same blue tinge, as passenger, so I thought, sorted, but after about 15-20 seconds, it now glows a bright white! Are we looking at a dieing ballast on the passenger side, if anyone knows? Tia.
