Difference between Se and Sport

Hey guys im pretty new here, tried using the search function but didn't really get any useful hits,

Im looking for a facelift z4 2.0 (only the 2.0 because im 22 and insurance would kill me) on autotrader, i've seen a few i like and are a mixture between sports and se, a few questions, what are the cosmetic and mechanical differences between the se and sport models? from what i can see the sports have much nicer seats.

The difference in insurance quotes suggests that there is perhaps more differences, for an se model i can get insured £300 cheaper than a sport model, is it worth spending the premium for the sport model?

Cheers :)

http://www.parkers.co.uk/cars/reviews/facts-and-figures/bmw/z4/roadster-2003/ - Hit "more info" on the models you're looking at and they will give a complete breakdown of standard features, stats etc therefore enabling you to compare between the Sport and SE...

HTH :)

aaah awsome cheers woo7dy, so pretty much lower suspension, bigger wheels, sports seats and steering wheel, would that make it worth the extra costs to buy and insure? can you retrofit these parts?

also noticed from 06 onwards the z4 have hill assist? is that on all models?

im a newbie haha

If you can afford it, get a Sport. The seats and steering wheel are worth it.

Repeating what others have said, but get the Sport just for the seats if nothing else. Worth every extra penny you pay.
