By the time I realised it wasn't going to rain, I couldn't be arsed. So I decided to do this instead :

I bought these from aquazi ages ago when he de-modded his car, and just never got round to fitting them. As always with these things it was a bit nerve-wracking taking a power tool to the car, and at one point I thought I'd fecked up the clutch pedal hole positions :cry:

Have to say, I'm glad I didn't buy M ones - there's enough badges on the car anyway, and these look quite subtle. They're also OEM BMW. Only issue is that they don't do a matching plate for the foot-rest as these are 1 series pedals I think, and aquazi said the 1er footrest he got didn't fit so he sent it back. It also cost £50 :o

Anyway, I've not done much modding of late so it was nice to do something easy to get a quick fix :D
 
Nah, replacing rubber with metal - they'll probably slow me down :lol:

It really doesn't need to be any faster...
 
Yeah, I'm pleased with them - better than plain black plastic. Though now my paranoia will have me checking the fittings every time I get in it :lol:

I knew someone would have a go, even though I did make it clear I couldn't be arsed cleaning the car - it'll get done on Monday :D

Yeah, I thought he mean't that he hadn't cleaned the outside too. I didnt realise he mean't he'd only done half the job on the pedals and not cleaned up behind himself. :poke:

PVR would have vacuumed that immediately...
