Then a drive into Wales & The Horseshoe Pass. On the cafe car park at the top was a veritable gathering of bikes & cars.. Mr M got approached for a photo as someone thought he was Paul Hollywood

Great pics Carol-thanks for sharing-nice to see that Escort

Had a big chat to the owner. Nice guy. Most of it is original but he had to replace door seals and he has to give the doors a massive shove to shut them. :D

Looks like a great day out and I have to say I love the plate.....totally agree btw

It's attached to the cafe on top of the pass. It's got stunning views and that's about all I know about it!

Maybe we should do a review, for the forum obviously :D

Good idea! All in the name of research of course.

Thanks sis. Love it when the sun shines and the top is down. Bit of traffic today tho. Got caught up in a TVR meet and stuck in the middle of them. Bet they weren't happy!

No I meant whittington castle. I've been up the pass as a passenger in a quick Caterham. Flat out from the cattle grid to the roundabout and back. It was dusk and brilliant seeing the blue overrun fuel burning out of the exhaust. Wasn't the cafe called the ponderosa or something like that?

Ah, sorry!
Yep, the Ponderosa, always makes me smile. It's like something from an old Wild West film. :D
Bet it was brill in the Caterham.

Wasn't the ponderosa the ranch in bonanza?

Tapatalking...

Funny but my local Indian is called the Pondicherry. Apparently it's an area of Pakistan so I suppose it's not technically my local Indian rather my local Pakistani. Fabulous food though

Yeah it was before I had my Westfield. Quite scary really as there were a lot of sheep about

There was a dead lamb beside the road today with its mother lying beside it, made me slow down. :(
