Dice out - Intravee in

Got fed up with the Dice unit and installed an Intravee yesterday and already prefer it. Much quicker song changes and I can edit the way that the screen dispays the info. Like the PDC display too. I also wanted to have the benefit of the sticky indicators but I cant find the option. Is it secret?

Also, I cant select a E85 in the list of vehicle types - it isnt listed. What vehicle type have you guys selecetd in yours?

You might need to check its running the latest firmware.

Sometimes the E85 is down as 'E46 Type 2/Z4'

Indicators are under Control -> Light Control -> Blink Count

Thanks for the info re the indicators. I thought I had found that setting and applied it last night but I couldnt get the indicators to turn off and the main beam stayed on too. Guess I had the wrong car type selected. Set it all tonight but the indicators dont flash the 3 blinks that I want. They only do it every second time. The other times it only blinks once. Have I missed something?

As above, check firmware. Think I'm on 7058

Haha - yeah I saw the "Disclaimer" tag on the menus and did what I always did with disclaimers - avoided reading it. Then I noticed in a forum that you had to accept it before it released a few of the extra settings. All read and accepted now. Settings all accessible.

General query - How do I get it to go back to the "Now Playing" screen if I go off it? I went into my OBC last night and when I tried to revert to the Intravee (or KCA420) it displayed the "Now Playing" screen for a few seconds then went back to the OBD. Have I missed a setting?

Yeah mine do the same in that I get the 3 flashes but if I press it again in quick succession or in the opposite direction say at a roundabout, I only get a single flash. It's a bit annoying but still works like you'd expect it to on the road.

This and cruise control have made for a very relaxing mile cruncher on the motorway!
