Dice module fitting

Ive got a Dice from my E46 that Im hoping to put into my new Z. Its fitted at the CD changer end on my E46, but is there any way of fitting it to straight to the head unit? Looks like there is a lot of work getting to the back end of the CD changer in the Z4 is all. Maybe a question for DICE themselves... :?

There is. However as I recall you will require an alternative lead to plug it straight into the back of the head unit.

The CD changed leads are hidden in the boot, on the back of the rear cabin firewall. As I understand it all cars have the CD changer leads pre-installed. That would be my preferred choice.

It's not hard to get to the cd changer to remove the cables, quite a few of us have done it for installing MP3 player interfaces.

You need to remove some of the carpeting in the boot that's all.

x2. Don't pull apart your dash just for the Dice module. The hardest part is finding and pulling free the 2 Cd changer connections, and even that is pretty simple. If you have DSP, then hopefully you've done that already. Otherwise, you won't know if a DSP adpater is needed.
