Diagnostic software hull?

Long shot but anyone in hull that can clear an airbag light and take the car out of dealer mode (no aircon/heated window).

Ok, so local BMW specialist garage are going to do it all FOC while its in for an oil service.

But, to enable TV in motion using the software setting they want £60. Seems a bit steep for a 5min job, doesn't it?? Anyone local able to do it, or explain what's needed to enable TV in motion via software/cable?
 
Not in hull but happy to do it for free if you fancy a drive to Leicestershire ?
