Hi there, is this windows based software or does need to set up in VMWARE as I have seen in other packages?

It does run under the VMware and I have been operating with windows 7. However the installer will resolve all the installation difficulties and there is no need for a 54 page installation manual. Very simple to install and use.

Drat, just bought a brand new one from the above link for the above RRP, literally clicked buy yesterday! This is a steal for someone!

Just to clarify a bit for yah.. it HAS to be in VMWare, as DIS only runs in a flavor of UNIX, and SSS only runs on Windows XP EMBEDDED.
You can get INPA, NCSExpert, and those associated EDIABAS tools to run on any version of windows, with various degrees of issues / annoyances, but the others just cannot be run, as they're designed to be an integral part of the big BMW diagnosis machines and not actually installed anywhere other than them.

I'm pretty sure I can guess what flavour of the tools this is, and if I'm right, you'll have no hassle with getting it all working :thumbsup:
