You're single surely? And perhaps a little obsessive? :)

Haha... No, I actually have a girlfriend :D It`s nice to also have the details of a car "top notch".

crikey! incredible attention to detail there. an amazing job done.

i find it weird you polish the tool kit

also, i hate that protection film stuff. we have it on the rear 3/4's of the focus and it's so obvious, it looks like someones left some tape on it :(

Thank you :D The protection film used is top quality stuff and really hard to see.

The car allready had protection film on two places on the side skirt, see picture. I think its hard to see :)

I've seen a fair few detailing jobs on Zeds over the years but I have to say that this one is probably the best I've ever seen.

Absolutely pristine. Well done!

Wow!

Very brace to wet and dry a new car, and bold to even do the tool lit.

But the results are simply amazing!

You would get paid some serious cash to detail to the level on other peoples car!

can i ask... you used meguiars leather cleaner and shampoo for the plastic under the wipers. Whats in the leather cleaner that makes it work? And what do i look for in other brands that will be good for those exterior plastics?

Brilliant! Can you tell me what film you used to prodect the skirts from ston chips. I need to do mine.

I can`t remember the brand, but its a really expensive one. Paid £450 for 20 meters.

It`s some kind of oil in this leather protection cream that also give the plastic i nice finish :D It`s lot of different plastic conditioners on the market. I used this one because of the silk matt finish it gives. Almost every brand of conditioners gives an glossy finish. I`m not a fan of glossy plastic. It should look like new, and not like wet and sticky :)

Great work and amazing attention to detail, it puts a lot of the pro-detailer's expensive details to shame on Detailing World.

You should post up your detail here http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=15

Still really liking your painted roll hoops.

Thanks, nice to hear

I think I could do an even better detailing before I post on the Detailingworld site :D

Great job!

Did you put any of that paint protector on at the rear of the side sills? I found mine have been peppered with road grit. You can't really see it, but you can feel it!

Thank you :)

Yes I have some in the front and rear of the side sills. Look at the pictures, but it`s hard to see the rear one

Arrg tho... all that work and you go and put an M badge on it when its not an M lol...

I just want to create what BMW not will do with the Z4 E89 :( They have now created M135, M550, M50d, non of them are produced with the VIN number that start on "WBS". That means that they are not produced by BMW M-gmbh, but produced on the same factory that manufactures a 316D or similar :D

My Z4 has the same engine and gearbox as the 1M, just more power. It have the M adaptive suspension with stiffer springs. M sport bumpers with more sporty intakes (Like the E92 M3), Much nicer sound than a 1M, brake calipers are the same as the 1M, instrument cluster in M colours, interior pieces in alcantara and on.....

I know that most on this forum not are big fans of use of the M badge, but I like it, so that is all that matters
