Detailing of my Black Z4 35i ESS

I finally did a full detailing of my E89 Z4. This is something I wanted to do for a while :D

The car is a 2009 Z4 35i with 28000km on it. The paint job is original Black II, with other words a flat black. The Interior is in colour Canberra beige with black flooring's.

The car has all ready gotten wet sanded last year, so the paint looks still really good. Because of this, I have been laying most time in the details of the car.

I painted the brake calipers around Christmastime and the car got some paint dust on some of the surfaces, so this had to go :(

Sorry for my Norwegian/English

Thanks for looking

Congrats you are the new winner of OCD zeditis. do you do this for work? I would probably take this car over a brand new bmw...the level of detail is simply astonishing. most people would not have the skill of dismantling everything and polishing and vacuuming all the small unseen areas

Wow and impressive, I would hope that this is your hobby and not an OCD affliction :D

Wow. Just wow - what a job. Puts my 2hr interior clean today to shame :D

I love the ///M badges on the side - many will be haters, but I think they look good 8)

Haha :D Thanks.... Yes, I do it for work. I work as a manager for the finishing department at a Ferrari, Maserati and Bentley dealer here in Norway. Have been doing this for 12 years now. But it always room for improvements, new products to try out etc...

I have detailed some really special cars those past years. Cars like Pagani Zonda, Koenigsegg CCXR Edition, Ferrari f40/F50, Carrera GT and on :D

Thanks for all nice comments

I will try to use a weekend for polishing and cleaning my whole car underneath. Looking forward to do that one :)

That is amazing - little bit scary as I've now added at least another half dozen things to my cleaning routing  ... Regardless, that is some excellent work there, very, very impressive

Tapatalking...

crikey! incredible attention to detail there. an amazing job done.

i find it weird you polish the tool kit

also, i hate that protection film stuff. we have it on the rear 3/4's of the focus and it's so obvious, it looks like someones left some tape on it :(
