Anybody used a paintless dent removal service in the Preston/Blackpool area? I've got a couple of minor dings in my passenger door that annoy the hell out of me when I wash the car :x I've looked online, and all the major players - chips away, dentmaster etc cover the area, but there's also a raft of independents, so thought it would be worth asking, as a recommendation is worth it's weight in gold... Thanks
 
Hopefully somebody in your area will know someone. I had some removed recently, cost me the grand some of £20 for three small dents. :D

You can buy the tools of ebay quite reasonably. I removed my own dents. It's certainly not rocket science afterall. Just apply the same logic as cutting back paint. - gently, softly, slowly, carefully, not too much.

Give these guys a try. I used the agent local to me a few weeks back. Excellent service and reasonably priced. A £60 to remove 3 car park dings in my passenger door :thumbsup:

I keep thinking about doing this. My wife has one or two dents on her car and it really wouldn't matter if I got it wrong. I presume you start from the outer edge and work your way in.

Shame your north west my uncle works for dent devils could have done it if you lived near Newcastle upon Tyne hopefull you will find someone near to you happy hunting :)
 
Thanks for the suggestions - the dent devils have a guy that covers my area - his online profile reads ok, lots of previous experience. I'll check the dent wizard link out too. I like the idea of practicing on the wife's car too - unfortunately hers is perfect - give it time though.... :D
