dent removal help

that sheet of metal that is right above the rear tire (integrated with the gas cap)... what is that called? I have a few small dents in that side part that I would like to pop out. Any tips on how to do that or on how to remove this part?

As your car is LHD its the n.s.r. quarter panel or n.s.r. wing. The best way to remove the dents is let one of the dent men sort it out, if you do it you will only make it worse. :thumbsup:
