Dension IceLink Plus stopped working

I have had the Dension IceLink Plus system working since day 1 on my Zed. I got a new Macbook Pro over the weekend and sync'd the iPhone with it. Since doing that it has stopped working.

I remember when I installed it I needed to drop an MP3 on the iPhone but I think I may have misplaced it or it got removed. Does anyone have a link to the MP3 file I need as the Dension site just seems to have updates and not the main file?

Hope this makes sense, I installed the damn thing so long ago I have forgotten exactly what I need to do to re-initialise it (and, of course, I have lost the instructions!)

Not sure if you have done, but it may be worth logging a case with Dension - they were very helpful when I had an issue. Have you tried one of the updates? I know this solved an issue for someone with a GWx00 so may be worth a go. I know the later files do address issues with the later iPods. The zip file contains different firmwares for different cars and the instructions on PDFs.

Curious to know why it has stopped working. When you connected to the new MacBook Pro (tech envy by the way, I just have the humble MacBook - which is still superb) did you re-format to iPhone or change the sync settings?

Thanks for the reply. When I changed over to the new MBP I copied over the iTunes folder, so in theory it should've kept it all the same, but I can't be sure. One other issue was the phone did crash this morning (long story!) so that may be something to do with it. I am currently trying to dig out the old ipod to see if that works, that will at least give me a clue as to the issue. If it does I will use that to re-flash it, although I am apparently already on the latest update.
