Dension Ice>Link Plus Problem

Got car back from dealer, one one problem iPod now doent work.

SatNav displays "Ice>Link Plus" then "*ipod*" then back round again.

I can play the ipod if I control from the ipod.

Have tried resetting the config, and trying the "CarIf_BMW.mp3" but no joy

Anybody else had this problem?

And before you say it PVR, as much as I would like an Intravee now is not the right time.

I assume thats the "CarIf_Clear.mp3" file which didnt seem to make any difference.

Wonder if dealer has buggered it up when disconnecting battery or if the updated any software.

Each Icelink Plus can be reprogrammed for each car, so you load the files for that particular car. If you don't have the full files, let me know and I should have a set somewhere.

I have the updates as well to 3B2 or so.

PVR as per my first post I have tried this using the latest files (still old) from the Dension website.

Unless I'm doing it wrong it aint happening.

Going to try the reset, then BMW file again, after that Battery as you say. will ley you know.

Sorry PVR Intravee not required yet

It needed a hard reset, i.e. as you suggested disconnect the batter in the Z4, did this for a couple of minuted, reconnected and all is well again
