Delivery issue from Sopers Lincoln

I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with delivery from Sopers at Lincoln?

I have ordered loads of stuff from them, always quoting the forum to get my discount and up to now, everything has arrived within a couple of days.

However, I ordered a set of LED number plate lights two weeks ago and they didnt arrive so I called them and they said they would send another set out last Wednesday, these have also failed to materialise. I called them today and they said they were definately sent.

I have not had any problems with my postal service before and as Ive said, everything else I have ordered from Sopers has arrived speedily.

Anyone else?
 
Not had any delivery issues but did email for a parts price over a week ago and had no response. I know I could have called but was stuck in meetings so email was easiest!
 
No problems bits always arrives next day first class if small

Even called me when they got initial small delivery of iPhone4 snap-ins offering one so have always had excellent service
 
They don't reply to emails with any regularity. Also had things delivered to the wrong address before :cry:

Edit: That came off a bit cold. I have to say when they do reply they're friendly and knowledgable. Also the prices are generally better than anywhere else but not always... :thumbsup:
 
i ordered an ambient temp sensor. first time round they sent an ac temp sensor. phoned them and second time round they got it right and sent me a pre-paid envelope to send the wrong part back.

i was expecting some issues when the wrong part was sent but they accepted responsibility and were great in sorting things out for me
 
When i orderd a space saver wheel a week went by and it had not arrived so i gave them a call,chap in the stores said its here waiting to get posted.If i remember correctly it still took about a week to arrive.
 
Thanks, Ill give it a few more days and see what happens. My mate wonders if I have a postman with a BMW
 
I use joe a lot and he's usually really swift.. But I had to remind him recently that he had some stuff to send out to me ....would still keep on using him ... The difference between him and his team and my local landie dealer parts dept is night and day.
 
I think it's only fair to say that many of the more "obscure" items will not be in stock at Sopers and in fact may not even be stocked by BMW in UK
and may have to come from Germany will always take a few days ...the BMW Sport antenna is a case in point ....has to come from Germany
 
ive used them afew times now and last week i had to chase up some cup holders i ordered , i would still use them though as good prices and never had a problem before and very helpfull , looked one their computer system for the colour code for my leather seats so i could order some dye to touch up the worn bolster area .
 
Likewise, I ordered a few bits (number plate LEDs ) from them and they didn't come through. When I enquired they said my payment didn't go through. All in all I have to give them credit as my parts were here the very next day
