Brand new MOT and service just done
Is it really beyond you to produce a proper advert? :headbang:

I have found out it is a coupe, either 92000 or 92700 miles. Don’t know if it is in Scotland, Wales or England but that could explain the 700 miles I guess.

Auto or manual tbd, any options or not and if it has more than 1 service.

On the face of it that is a good price for an E86 with less than 100K miles, so it would be worth the OP posting a decent advert, or a link if it advertised somewhere else.

I was at work just did a quick thing, any serious people I would of thought e mail me, I will do a proper ad hold tight

These are getting rare these days. No record of an insurance write-off, and it looks like a good buy. An add in the Autotrader may bring your car to a bigger audience.

I’m in no rush, especially when the weather is like this, I will advertise on Autotrader at some point, but u are right, she’s a rare beast, stunning, not perfect but what is, well looked after, all receipts kept for work done over the years of my ownership, living arrangements are changing, reluctant sale, I’ll even want to buy back one day after house sorted, no time wasters if ur really interested e mail me.

In my defence …:

I have a Black Saphire Metalic 3Lsi coupe Z4 fresh MOT and service, 92700miles for sale £6750

In your defence I contacted him thinking it might be a Coupe, and after half a dozen messages back and forth I thought it was a convertible but wasn't sure.

Given OPs efforts so far I wouldn't be surprised out if it turns out to be a Coupe and the photo was of another similar car in a similar shade of black.

I could of sworn I put Convertable 🤦‍♂️go f**k yourselves

People make mistakes... mistakes can be forgiven and don't beat yourself up.

On the other hand, if you're trying to sell a car and you say it's a coupe when it's a convertible you can expect a bit of ribbing. Good luck selling.

Honestly I’m being made homeless, that’s reason for sale, actually someone have the decency to say something and say check what u put, instead of giggling like school girls, I’m stressed as f**k, not sleeping so yeh mistake obviously, like I said, grow the f**k up and maybe think sometimes life is not a school ground, u don’t know what people are going through, but at least I made u smile that’s the main thing, like I said….

You have described it as a coupe more than once, whilst also posting on people's thread when they want a convertible.
The first reply on this thread was "Is it really beyond you to produce a proper advert? :headbang:" Maybe it could have been put less bluntly, but it is clear to me that "Is it really beyond you to produce a proper advert? :headbang:" is telling you to actually list what people want to know. 24 hours or more after you posted you still had multiple people still unsure whether you were selling a convertible or coupe.

Which specific black is it? Manual or auto (ok, there is a photo now which shows). What is the service history (including is your recent service BMW main dealer or DIY job with no evidence, or something in between)? Are there any known issues? How is the bodywork - visible and underneath (photos can hide sins so description as well is useful). What major works have been done, how much life left in the tyres?

You are right about life not being a schoolground, which is precisely why the adults considering buying a relatively high priced E85 (not saying bad value, but it is relatively low miles and with that comes relatively high price) want to see a proper advert telling them what they want to know, that looks like it's been written by an adult.

If you're stressed as f**k, in part cos this car needs to go, then please, sit down, chill, take a load of long deep breaths, then take some time to write a proper advert so that if your car is what someone's looking for they can make contact!

Instead of spinning a dit about your circumstance, the time would have been better spent making a better sale ad.

You've previously said you're in no rush, so which is it?

Do you think an attitude like this is going to help anyone trust you?

There is a much higher expectation in a forum of enthusiasts, who will possibly ask more 'difficult' questions.

I would suggest you just put it on eBay or auto trader with some more pictures.
