Delay on PMs

Couple of times my inbox has looked empty (and is empty when looking at the inbox and refreshing) then when sending a PM one appears from some time before (for example today, logged in, no PM, I then sent a PM around 1000 and once the page refreshed after sending I had a PM sitting from 0900)

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this?
 
ehm... I have fixed the problem it was a super complicated fix with absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the timezone settings........ :-| :spy:
