Definitive list of differences between SE and Sport?

Used the search and found nothing definitive in the first 10 pages.

After viewing Stugs car this morning I'm keen to know. Car is 2006 3 litre roadster.

I'm sure you'll get a more technical list off someone else but I'll start you off. Main difference is the suspension. Sport is harder. Then there's the equipment SE usually has 17" wheels, basic seats and steering wheel and Alu dash. In the coupe SE has light headlining.
