Glad your enjoying the Z4!

Strange you can't close the roof? Mine does both, but I do have comfort access. On the key fob, press and hold the arrow key and the roof opens. Press and hold the BMW badge and it closes? Have you got the comfort package (can you start the car without putting the key in the dash)?

You can post code search. Just type the post code in the destination!

Oh, better post this! :P

:worthless:

I know I know, pics pics pics. It was raining when we picked the car up and, after 300 miles before getting home, it really isn't in any fit state. I was hoping to post my own pics but ill try and put up one the dealer took for me.... As soon as vie figured out the rules/method of posting pics here.

Press and hold arrow unlocks and opens roof, while you carefully time your walk to the car so you arrive at the exact moment you can open the door. To arrive too early would be a schoolboy error :)

Press and hold BMW badge locks the car...... And nothing. Only key in lock seems to work without comfort access. Anyone able to tell me differently?

Doh, so you can..... But it only let's you put in the first for digits before asking you for a street that's still crap or am I missing something?

Ok, here are a few as promised. I hope I've followed the correct posting protocol.

They are just from the salesman's camera phone and have warm white balance, and obviously the reds look nothing like the real thing except in the final shot with the roof on.

Loving Space Grey more than I thought.
Not sure about the two part 18s with all the bolt holes but I've never been a wheel man.

What do people think?

I'm not sure the combination of red coral leather and space grey.

If you have't seen one in real life then don't make your judgement on these photos. Red red is much duller in real life and tonally sympathetic to the body colour.

IMO, only red or black leather works with Space Grey.

Of course I saw the red leather. So I have the black.

I take it the black leather doesn't show up well in your photos as the whole interior looks the same colour, and the same as the outside colour too. Or is that the actual real shade of black?

Of course the whole interior is black, including the roof lining. The trim is Carbon Aluminium in M Sport model (the only shiny bit inside the car).

Strangely I had the same problem on my old Tom Tom Go sat nav.

Interiors both look good but much prefer my interior to both to be honest! Not a big fan of silver panels inside a car. Comes over all "Crossfire" to me. Personal taste! :P Top of the dash on mine is leather also. Isn't that the case on the M sport package?

Asty, nice looking Z. Like that colour combo.

Walnut leather is not that bad either (but I won't have it in my car). But if not black leather, I will have cream beige or white as second choice.
