Yep, they are McGuards... However they were machined badly by the guy who supplied my spacers and the two rears are a little short

One has bitten the dust already, the other threaded itself today. Luckily I have spare bolts, but I will need to take the wheel of again tomorrow to replace it

The locking bolt has threaded itself smooth - I guess I should be able to get it out without taking the wheel off, but it wasn't happening yesterday...

I'll see what I can do later. I have tried before, but for some reason the pics don't come out well. If you look really hard you can see them, but part of the reason for that is that there's no clear coat on them. Someone said a while back to mix the clear coat in with the paint then apply... But when I did that it went all gloopy and lumpy :?

The only issue with the Langka is that you need to use quite a lot, and keep it lubricated - otherwise you scratch the paint. Which I did manage to do at least once

That said, I have only ever fecked it up on the bonnet - I think it may have been resprayed before, and the paint is not as resilient as the original maybe ?

Proper sunshine pic - only a quick snap, caught it while the Gaptech wasn't quite finished the cycle putting the roof up

Oh, and you need to imagine Wee Bing walking quickly away saying, "You are soooo sad Dad !"

PVR - I tried to take pics of the chip infills, but all I kept getting was a reflection of the camera. Not sure how to get a picture of such small detail tbh :?

I plan on inspecting this car in a few weeks for this reason, although I have started wet sanding a couple of chips I have filled.

And give me some dates to visit - or are you referring o the Kent Cruise ?

I'll explain the pitfalls of this method when you see it too, other than scratching the paintwork if it gets too dry. For one thing you can take too much. Paint off and end up with a slight dip...

Maybe you can teach me how to wet sand, as I am sure that would deal with some lighter scratches I have...
