In fairness my next door neighbour has a V10 R8 and it does sound immense .. rattles the windows ( and my fillings) when he starts it up
I’m sure he said the next service it needs is an engine out job and about 4K :!:

Well they are almost 14" dia and 1.5" thick.. But sheesh.. And the pads are £200 a pair ..
