Debadge. Left with holes?

I'm looking to debadge my Z4C. I've seen in other threads on here that the boot Z4 emblem is pushed in with pins so to speak? So if I take it off am I left with two holes? If so how do you tidy that up?

I thought it was only the roundels that had pins/screws holding them in place. I thought everything else was sticky tape.

Seen a few z4 boot badges removed on here-smooth underneath

As above only the Roundels have pins in them all other badges just use a double sided pad.
